There is no crew here and no sales department. The person who comes out to look at the job is the person who quotes it, does it, and stands behind it afterward. That is the whole model, and it is the reason the work looks consistent from one job to the next.
The work runs from a sticking door to a bathroom taken back to the studs. Most calls start small. People find me for a TV mount or a handrail, and then a year later ask about the floor. That suits me — it is easier for both sides when one person already knows the house.
How I quote
Describe the job with as much detail as you have. If it is something I can price from a description and a couple of photos, you get a number back the same day. If it needs a look in person, I will say so instead of guessing high to cover myself.
If a job turns out to need a licensed trade, or if it is bigger than you were expecting, you hear that during the quote — not halfway through the week.
